BALTIMORE, MD – The Independent Investigations Division (IID) of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General today released the body-worn camera footage from the fatal police-involved collision involving the Howard County Police Department that occurred on Sunday, September 6, 2026, in Jessup, Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
The decedent was previously identified as 20-year-old Anthony Bowers, Jr. of Baltimore, Maryland.
