BALTIMORE, MD – The Independent Investigations Division (IID) of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General today released the body-worn camera footage from the police-involved in-custody death involving the Greenbelt Police Department that occurred on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, in Greenbelt, Prince George’s County, Maryland.
The decedent was previously identified as 40-year-old Michael MacDougall of Frederick, Maryland.
