BALTIMORE, MD – The Independent Investigations Division (IID) of the
Maryland Office of the Attorney General today released the body-worn camera footage from the
fatal police-involved shooting in Charles County involving the Charles County Sheriff’s Office
that occurred on Friday, December 20, 2024, in White Plains, Charles County, Maryland.
The decedent was identified as 30-year-old Jordan Proctor of White Plains, Maryland.
The IID continues to investigate the circumstances of the fatal shooting. Anyone with
